Preconstruction Planning
Luxury Concept Sign Construction Limited offers complete design and construction services to our clients.
Design-build focuses on combining the design, permit, and construction schedules in order to capture the time lost in a traditional design-bid-build environment. We will bring together design and construction professionals in a collaborative environment to complete these tasks at the same time.
By using the Design-Build mechanism, owners can benefit from a strategy that places a premium on delivering the project sooner with less of a focus on delivering the project at a lower construction cost. Instead of having several contractors and consultants to deal with, an owner has just one contact for the project. Design revisions, project feedback, budgeting, permitting, construction issues, change orders, and billing can all be routed through the Design-Build program.
This single point of contact allows maximum flexibility for the owner to issue change directives without having to readjust contracts or manage change order documentation with several contractors.
Our in house design and AutoCAD department ensure that the utmost consideration is given to our clients’ specific operational requirements.
We will handle your project from pre-construction through completion ensuring that it is on-time, on-budget and that it exceeds your expectations.

Luxury Concept Signs Construction team has a wealth of experience and state-of-the-art equipment at their disposal that allows the design and manufacture of some really complicated structures in our fabrication shops. Helical structures and spiral staircases are some of the more challenging, but are undertaken with relish by the team, while bespoke balustrades and metal features form more of our normal project work.
This has enabled us to create some fascinating focal points in a variety of retail, hospitality and corporate environments.

An increasing side of the Technical Signs business portfolio is within Project Management.
Our clients work in highly competitive industries so delivering projects on time or ahead of time is a priority in maintaining customer loyalty and profitability.
From initial enquiry, all the way through consultations, design and final production, we will work directly with yourselves or an appointed agent to ensure the installation of your sign or display project fits within the building schedule or agreed fitting period.
Several clients have asked us to oversee complete refits of interiors, with a coordinated approach brought across individual contractors and companies from various trades, while organising material supplies and working schedules.
Our project management service will be resourced to suit the scale of works, with reviews on a day by day, element by element basis, ensuring any potential issues are identified early and acted upon. Larger projects will often have a dedicated site office and manager.
‘Out of Hours’ signage installations, often spread over several visits can also been scheduled – ensuring no interruption whatsoever to normal trading, while delivering a whole new image or centrepiece display to impress clients often unaware of such changes until they happen.
